Moine Thrust 		The group assembled around the Stratigraphic Column; this is constructed from stones taken from each level in the real sequence.

Perthitic texture of feldspar and quartz in the vein.
Texture 		Spectacular pink sheeted granite intruded into the felsic Lewisian Gneiss at Laxford Bridge.
